The hotel had its ups and downs during our two-week stay. While the room was spacious and had the basics, it was placed far from the main building and cleanliness left a lot to be desired. The food was decent but repetitive, with one unfortunate experience at the à la carte restaurant that resulted in food poisoning. Despite these issues, the staff were generally helpful, especially at the buffet. Overall, not a terrible experience, but I expected more for the price.

My stay at the Best Western Beach Resort was a wonderful experience overall. The hotel is right on Bangtao beach, making it super convenient for beach lovers.
